You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs through your Account, and you must keep your Account password secure. HOAMLTD,LLC, FNTV and any Subsidiary thereof is not responsible for any breach within or outside of your account. If you believe one has occurred,  it is your responsibility to notify [FNTV] immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Upon receipt of your email and notice of any possible violation, FNTV will disable your accounts and provide you details for a reputable company for hire to handle such incidents.

Giveaways/Contests/Competitions or the "like" hereby known as FNTV GCC, are all subject to updates, changes, and termination. For each GCC, please refer to these Terms and Conditions, along with the specific GCC you are inquiring about. Links for each GCC will be provided within this Terms & Conditions while such GCC is ongoing.
